In this autumn themed art workshop, I will teach you how to draw a series of deer realistically in coloured pencils. Whether you are a complete beginner with no idea how to draw, or you are already very creative, this workshop is suitable for all skill levels!
I'll be breaking it down into simplified steps and guiding you through each part of the process. You'll also be given a step-by-step booklet with images of the drawing at various stages to make it as easy as possible to follow along, which you're more than welcome to take home after the workshop.
All materials are provided for you, including the outline on paper, coloured pencils, and reference photo.
Enjoy a welcome glass of Prosecco on arrival or teas and coffees.
Tickets are limited (10 spots available) as I want to keep the class fairly small so I can help more one on one.

What is the minimum age?
The art workshop is aimed at adults, but please don’t hesitate to contact the artist Becca Barron via email (beccabarron1998@gmail.com). Recommend 14s +
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to the event start time so that you can be seated and set up ready to start the workshop. Please note if you arrive more than 15 minutes after the event start time you may not be able to join the event.
Is there parking?
There is plenty of space to park at Stanley House. Parking is free.
Where do I go when I arrive?
Please go through the main entrance, where you’ll find the reception. Please show reception your ticket and they will take you through to the art workshop, where you will be welcomed by the artist Becca Barron.
I can’t draw, can I attend?
Whether you’re a complete beginner, or love to draw, the workshop is suited to all skill levels. The art workshop is designed for those who want to learn how to draw realistically using coloured pencils, as well as those who wish to practice or develop their pre-existing skills and learn more. The artist wants the workshop to be creative, educational, fun and for all attendees to have a good time.
Who will be running the event?
Becca Barron, a full time professional pet portrait and wildlife artist and art tutor, specialising in coloured pencils and realism.
Is this an art class?
It isn’t your usual ‘art class’. Everyone draws the same picture and you are guided through each step by professional artist, Becca Barron. It is a fun, relaxed, creative event, where you’ll be able to socialise with other likeminded people, and take home a piece of art you’re proud of at the end of the workshop.

Ticket refund and cancellation policy
1 Tickets are strictly non-refundable. No exceptions. All ticket sales are final.
2 You may sell or gift your ticket to someone else if you cannot make the event. Please contact the artist Becca Barron by emailing beccabarron1998@gmail.com with the details of the new attendee, otherwise they may be refused entry.
3 Please arrive 10-15 minutes early, so you can be seated, set up and ready to draw when the workshop begins.
4 Should the workshop need to be postponed or rescheduled due to events beyond the artists control, you will be offered an alternative date at the same venue.
5 On the rare occasion the artist cancels the workshop, all customers will be offered a full refund or ticket transfer option.
Food and drink
1 The ticket price includes one welcome glass of Prosecco and teas and coffees.
2 There is a restaurant ‘Mr Fred’s’ at Stanley House, which you can book in advance if you’d like to eat after the workshop has finished (not included in ticket price).
3 You may not take your own food and drink into the venue, unless explicitly stated.
